What is the fine for drink and drive case

Hello, I want to how much is the penalty for drink n drive for second time,first time I had paid penalty 4-6 years before but now again I was caught with 92 count n they gave me receipt,n told to pay fine in court n collect licence from there station What should I do ?

Drunk Driving Law. The blood alcohol content (BAC) legal limit is 0.03% or 30 µl alcohol in 100 ml blood. On 1 March 2012, the Union Cabinet approved proposed changes to the Motor Vehicle Act. Higher penalties were introduced, including fines from ₹2,000 to ₹10,000 and imprisonment from 6 months to 4 years.
