I had registered my case in section 354 of one guy now police is taking money for arresting him ....I deny to give now they are saying that they will apply khatma in it
Fine!! Even if police files khtama in court the court issues a notice to you asking for your reply on the same. Without your prior approval no one can file khatama. Rest for further clarification kindly contact.
