What if witness intentionally deny evidence?

24-Aug-2025 (In Criminal Law)
If PW1 deliberately denies primary evidence (true copies) and pictures during cross-examination to avoid them getting marked as evidence. Can accused who appears as part-in-person ask the magistrate to mark them irrespective of PW1 blunt denial or submit the evidence by filing a memo at a later stage or file 315 application to submit evidence. What are the options available and best thing to do to get the evidence marked.

Dear Sir, Section 315 CrPC – You may enter the witness box yourself and produce the documents in your defence. However, this exposes you to cross-examination, so it should be considered carefully. Memo/Application – At a later stage of defence evidence, you can file a memo or application seeking to produce and mark those documents. The court cannot refuse relevant and admissible evidence merely because PW1 denied them.
