What if 147,148,149 304 & 302 is involved in a case in District court

Sir There is a case registered on my maternal uncles on 1/05/2004 with 13 people included in case and section 147,148,149 304 & 304 have been charged. The case is now on cross question stage.
The role attributed by the different people will taken into an account. What weapon was used to kill the deceased? Whether any recovery was made ? Was any dying declaration made by the deceased? All this has to taken into consideration. Is there any eye witness?
