Dear Sir, In my case of 420 467 468 471 120B, IT act 43(a)(b) & 66. Date of FIR: 10 Oct 2016 Date of Arrest: 13 Oct 2016 Date of 1st Police Remand: 14 Oct 2016 - 16 Oct 2016 Date of Final Police Remand: 16 Oct 2016 - 21 Oct 2016 Date of Jurisdiction Remand Started on: 21 Oct 2016 Temp Bell: 5 Jan 2017 to 24 Jan 2017 Charge Sheet is not submitted. Sir, please guide me through the procedure to convert the temp Bell to permanent. 1. Is it possible to file a bell application on the grounds of charge Sheet 2. Do the Accused person needs to complete 90 days in jail only to get the charge Sheet submitted with in 90 Days 3. If the Accused person have got temp Bell before 90 days will he be released as no charge Sheet is submitted during the tenure of temp Bell on completing 90 days

If chargesheet didn't summit in period of ninety days. U have right to get bail. If Circumstances are change u can file another bail application on grounds of changed circumstances. If u have tepm bell. Than u can file a application after aforesaid time .
