what happened if someone withdraw money from his death mothers account and then redeposit the entire amount will it can be considered an offense?

Yes prima facie it appears to be an offence under section 406 IPC and other relevant sections. However every case has some peculiar facts and in this case also the facts have to be considered such as :-
1. whether the son who has withdrawn the money was the Nominee of the bank account of the mother.
2. Whether the mother left any WILL and her bank account has been named after that son in that WILL.

If a person is withdrawing the money from the account of any deceased then it clearly becomes an offence of cheating and forgery.
in case if the person who has withdraw the amount is nominee then he is duty bound to distribute the said amount to all the legal heirs of deceased
