What chances of getting acquitted under Ipc section 397 and 11/13 mp

Someone has falsely framed my relative in a decoity case , my relative is on bail he got bail from session court and was in jail for 2 days , the person who has filled fir against us has given his statement in our favour ,there are two more witnesses in the case and these witnesses have not yet given any statement they have not even appeared in court what are the chances of getting acquitted as trial is still in progress
