We have paid 6lakh rupees for getting electronic goods but the man who is received the money from me and after that refused to given me my money back and also refused to give me the goods also ... What should I do now

You can file a complaint with the local police with all the necessary documents against the accused person. you need to specifically mention that you had paid 6lakhs rupees to the accused but he has refused to provide you with the service.
