The money you received for the government job amounts to cheating and fraud which is a punishable offence. return the amount you received for the government job and resolve the issue first and then sort out the debt issues by filing insolvency or any other remedy. feel free to contact for any legal advice.

Dear Client, 1. Legally speaking: Collecting money from people on the false assurance of a government job amounts to cheating and criminal breach of trust under IPC. It is a punishable offence. Creditors may also initiate civil recovery and banks can proceed under recovery laws. 2. You should immediately consult a criminal lawyer, try for settlement/repayment, or seek legal remedy like insolvency proceedings to avoid harsher consequences. 3. Consult an advocate to discuss your case in brief. 4. You may schedule an appointment regarding your case by phone or email at your convenience. Thanks & regards, Priyanka Advocate Coimbatore

hello, I can well understand your concern from the query raised you can, firstly with regards to the bank loans you can file for insolvency if they are unmanageable or request for a restructuring of loan, however having collected money stating to secure a government job is a criminal offence, you can express your Bonafide intentions or go for an anticipatory bail if the complaint has been given, thank you
