Was involved in case will it be problem in police verification for job

Respected sir/madam here im in dilemma cause i was selected for the post bank po my quiery was 5 before i met an accident and involved in accident case and case was booked under IPC 304a after the trail and final judgement is im not found guilty and im aquittal.. in Police verification for im ticked no to all question like have u ever been prosecuted or under detention is it make any problem for my job or police make any issue on this
No, there will not be any problem in the police verification. Just mention that you were charged with certain sections and you have been acquitted. There is no bar for people who are acquitted from the criminal litigation.
