Warrant cancel on same day when I present on court date

I m accused in one criminal case and I was on bail. after the bail i m out of country for work suddenly. and I was not attend the case date 3 times continuesly due to the Out of country.so the warrant issue in my name.after issuance of warrant my mummy who given me bail, attend the case date on behalf of me and giving intimation application for extending the case date for next six months to the judge becausee I m out of country and will be coming back after six months. Now I am coming to my country on the same date as the case date to attend the case date. So I want to know can I cancel the warrant on same day as the case date by personally parent over there ? My earlier bail will be forfeit which my mom given to me or remain ? Can I sign the bond again and cash again ? For cancel my warrant on same day , how I prepare myself ? Pls advise.

You can cancel warrant before fixed date if warrant has been issued by court.You can file application in court on ground of foreign visit you were unable to attend court proceeding.Magistrate can allow your application.But you shall be required to produce documents regarding your foreign visit before court.
