want to teach a lesson to delhi police constable

One night, two of us were sitting in a car and had liquor. A policeman came and instead of challaning, he took us to the police station.Threatened and mentally tortured us. Slapped me, pushed and took our mobile too. And humiliated us a lot. what we can do now

you yourself at fault having liquor...n in what quantity the police officer knows if he has checked you and made a record . if he has not checked you den only you can make a complaint against him to his superior authority that you were harassed for sitting at night and disclosing that u had liquor dat time.

you file a writ petition against at police officer before suitable Highcourt and make a complaint police officer in the Vigilance Commission these are the two appropriate remedies mentioned above can help you out
