Want to fill a case against legal firm

For one case I have approached a legal firm to solve my issue ,the legal firm only cheated me , they charge the fees amount but nothing they have done, i want to fill a case, where should I go

if a lawfirm cheated you first go and complaint in policestation for negligence and cheating case,and also with an advocate you can file a complaint in barcouncil it's like file a case in highcourt same procedure bto be followed. you can also claim your fee plus mental agony compensation.
