how 2 parties do compromise without sitting face to face both parties had done 2,3 case against each other. what is the procedure of compromise.
ur query is not clear.who u r?what kind of disputes exist between parties?if it's a marital dispute then u can come to allahabad high court,through which compromise can be struck via mediation.ome clear first.
