Verification by Marriage registrar of second marriage

I wanna know if I file a case as recently came to know my husband did second marriage 2 yrs ago to a lady as that lady use to give money to my husband as help n lster divorce her husband n got married to my husband. If I file a case will the government too not be in fault for getting a married man married again as this marriage was done in mantralaya and how they did not verify if a person married or not government too is responsible for spoiling my life along with my husband too and thr witness too what action will be taken on marriage register officers n the witness who signed for marriage along with my husband n the lady whom he got married as she was knowing he is married man ...how can the mantralaya cancell my husband second marriage

Firstly, take note that 2nd marriage while the first wife is liviing is a N.C. offence u/s 494 IPC.
If you are lawfully married to him, you must have proof. If he ( your husband ) has not divorced you and got married (not a muslim), then he has committed the offence of bigamy.
You can certainly proceed against him in the court. Your contention that the second marriage took place in Mantralay is hard to believe and ridiculous. Hearsay is of no use. You should have solid proof of the 2nd marriage. Discuss with your lawyer.
