Validity of witness statements when no physical evidence is there?
27-Sep-2023 (In Criminal Law)
1. Among three witnesses two will say to our favour one will say against us. 2. Police did not collect any weapons from us, and we have no those.3. Dispute is between brothers because of land which is clear in revenue records. 4. Our opponents wounds are simple in nature according to doctors. 5. We are booked under IPC 324, they are under 307. 6. This is criminal case. 7. We are accused 12 in number, A4 is government employ. 8. Our opponents got lodging and bodging from their witnes (LW5) before situation which they accepted in the court. Is this witness against us valued . Please clere my doubts.

The recovery of weapon is not necessary of the case for conviction of the case it is decided on merits , be concentrations on you defence in each on prosecution witnesses. As per your question No. 3 is came under in purely on civil in nature. The chief examination is favourable to the prosecution.
