Under section 160 received notice

Dear sir some month before I help one of my friend to launch company after launching company their was some issue was happened between MD &employees and due to that resion company stop salary of those employees and after giving proper legal notice company also terminated those employees from company, now same employees file complaint with MD and me (there is my role is nothing I just help for launching company) as per section 160 and today we received that complaint scan copy on our mail but I have some doubts in the mind likes.. 1) we received one paper in that they mentioned all details and same paper is stamped with police station stamp and PSI sign on that 2) We received complaint information through PSI personal email id and he called to MD via his personal mobile number not from police station number 3) as per notice we have to go to there place on 15/8/2019 personally (on 15 we have independent day) 4) he also mentioned MD wife and girls So is it authentic complaint and what t
