Yes these are cognizable offences and serious offences therefore the police has to arrest the accused as soon any information is received about the commission of crime. If there are criminal records that would another reason to arrest him.

ha bilkul kar sakte hai, aur agar past criminal records hai agar to bail Milne me bhi time lag sakta hai, depend karta hai ki past criminal records Kun kun se IPC ke sections se jude hue hai aur better information ke liye baki ki details bhi share Kari padegi apko jise ye bataya ja sake ki kitne percentage hai bail Milne ke
