Under cover police agents harassing me what action can I take?

Im being harassed by some under cover police men for the past few years.They even tried to kill me in a road accident few months back. please advice me on the legal help available to me, as soon a possible.
you can complaint to SHO, DCP through post, email regarding whole incidence which you are facing from few years. You can also file criminal complaint in the court against the person whom are torture you.

Police person are also governed by the same law . you may complain the matter to higher police officer or if not satisfied you may take the help of court for lodging FIR against them . so please discuss with brief of facts to get advice for proper coarse of legal action
