UAE credit card default done by me harassing me in India

I have some credit card and loan default in UAE. I am currently in India due to job loss. Now they are calling and threatening me and my family in Kerala. they even went ahead and bounced the security cheques and now are planning to make my life miserable. How can I overcome this? What is the Indian laws regarding such practices in the UAE?
for your liabilities u can be proceeded against in uae under its criminal law .
the credit card company or bank can file suit in india to realise trhe money due to it.
they can intimate your name as defaulter to the sebil so that banks while generating credit reports will neglect your applications for loans.
since U A E and India does not have extradition treaty u cannot be forced to be in Ua e . no criminal action fro bouncing of cheque can be commenced in indie
