On 2015 I was working with a job placement consultancy as freelancer.I send some candidate over there. But the placement office fraud with them and handed over them fake job appointment letter. Then they close office suddenly. One candidate make an FIR in my name on this matter in two separate PS.One is consultancy office area P.S,another my home adress area P.S.Both case under section -419,420,468,469,120(b).Ultimately myself and other co-accused got bail.Chargesheet filed on 2016 December.Thereafter 2 co-accused absconded and still no trial. For same matter I am attending 2 court. How to merge this two case in 1 court. Can I Apply to bring this two matter of same cause in the court near my home. What is the chance of get acquitted in these case.Kindly guide the legal process.

certainly you can get those different cases arising from same cause of action clubbed and tried together. it is not only a procedural formality but as a matter of right you are eligible to do so. your advocate just need to bring the fact to the notice of the court from which the transfer is sought. be that as it may I also want to assure you that prima facie you have good chances of getting acquitted though I'm not privy to the exact case details. if you hire a competent lawyer you will surely have a brighter chance to succeed.

yes you can merge both cases or file quashing procedures in the high court .if not this then raise the point of jurisdiction in which cause of action has not arise of that court and file a discharge petition under 239 cr pc
