Two Case In Two Different Court For Same Cause Job Fraud

On 2015 I was working as freelancer with a job placement company. Owner of company given me wrong identity. I posted add for them in quickr. com.But by the end office closed and handed over fake job appointment letter to some candidates. One of the candidate send by me to office lodged on FIR in my name in my home area ps- Baruipur and Office area Ps - Bidhannagar cyber Ps. Both case u/S-419,420,468,469,120b.Later on bail and chargesheet given both court on 2918.Still two co - accused missing. I want to merge this two cases in same court. Please advice.
Legal Procedure to Merge Two Cases:
1. Application under Section 186 of CrPC (Criminal Procedure Code):
Section 186 CrPC deals with situations where two courts are taking cognizance of offenses that are connected.
You can file an application before the High Court (Calcutta High Court) praying for transfer and joint trial of both cases.
2. Application under Section 220 CrPC:
Section 220 CrPC says if multiple offenses are part of the same transaction, they can be tried together.
Since both cases arise from the same set of transactions (freelance work, fake appointment letters, closure of office), you can claim that both cases are part of the same transaction.
