Two Case In Same Cause Of Action -u/S -420,468,470,471,120(b)

I have two pending case of year 2015 u/s-(419,420,468,470,471,120b). I was working part time with a job placement company. I used to post add for them. But ultimately they fraud with job aspirants and handed over them fake job appintment letter. But 1 candidate transferred money in my account so FIR on me also. They lodged FIR in two case for this same cause. In my home ps-Baruipur and Office location-Bidhannagar cyber Ps. Chargesheet given on 2018,but two co accused absconded. So warrant on their name. I want to merge this two case in one court, if possible quash FIR. How to proceed, kindly guide same.
