30-Jun-2025 (In Criminal Law)
On year 2015 I was working part time with two job consultancies. But they faked few candidates by handing over them fake job appintment letter. One of the job candidate lodged an F.I. R for same offence in both Baruipur court because my house adress is in Baruipur and in Bidhannagar cyber ps because Office situated in Bidhannagar. Baruipur ipc -420,468,34. Bidhannagar ipc-419,420,468,470,120b.First FIR lodged in Baruipur but arrest done by Bidhannagar cyber ps. Office owner closed office but ultimately two of them arresred. After 40 days all accused got bail. Chargesheet filed on 2017.Now I want to merge both case in same court. How can I get rid from this case. How much possibilities of aquiting in this case. Please advice me.

Since you’ve already been chargesheeted under serious IPC sections (420, 468, 471, 120B etc.), and FIRs are registered in two different jurisdictions (Baruipur & Bidhannagar), merging the cases and strategizing for acquittal requires careful legal planning. I can help you file a petition for transfer/clubbing before the Hon'ble High Court under Section 407 CrPC or assist in quashing one FIR if it is found to be based on the same facts and allegations as the other. To assess possibility of acquittal, I will need to examine the chargesheet, evidence, and whether you were merely an employee or had any active role in fraud. Bail alone doesn’t clear your name. Timely legal action, proper defense strategy, and possibly a discharge petition under Section 239 or 245 CrPC can be explored to get relief. Let me handle the entire legal process and give you a solid defense plan — the goal is clean acquittal with minimum damage. contact me as soon as possible.
