Trying to threaten us, we were afraid of living there so many problems

Due to a small issue in near by house he brutally snatched my vehicle key and pushed me down, and still again trying to threaten me

file a police complaint against him first you need to explain the issue clearly then make a move to police station and file a complaint and get a csr if amounts to criminal he will be questioned any civil naturw arise you can go for civil suit
