I m facing a case in sections 376(2)(n), 377, 504, 506. I was arrested and got bail after 10 days. Opposite party has given her statement in the court. After which my advocate has to the cross. But she didn't appeared in the court after her statement. My advocate opposed her in the court after which she got summon to come in the court but she didn't appeared in the court. After that her lawyer has approached me for compromise on the basis of money. What should I do.
