Tried to being hit by a woman and sever abuse in the public area

I'm being tried to hit by a female name Sugam in the nearby area and severe abuse in the public area (park) for street dogs on 16 March 2025.
I'm not responsible for street dogs. They should call a dog police and they should lift them up.
