Trail after compromise for ipc 148,149,323,506

A case has been registered under ipc148 ,149 ,323 ,506. And compromise has been made between both the parties but still the police arrested two of the accused and were made to appear before the court and bail was awarded imideately . But since compromise has been effective than how will this case can be ended .
