Is it okay to pledge guilty for traffic criminal case under IPC 279/337 and close the case or I challenge it, I came to Bangalore for my father treatment but trapped here.

Dear Sir Pleading guilty in a criminal case under IPC 279 and 337 creates a permanent criminal record which can severely impact employment visa applications and government jobs ​Sections 279 rash driving and 337 causing hurt by endangerment carry penalties including imprisonment fine or both ​If you plead guilty before the magistrate court you will be convicted and fined after which the case closes immediately allowing you to travel or return home without repeated court appearances ​If you challenge the case you must contest the trial hire an advocate and appear for hearings which takes time but allows you to defend yourself and avoid a conviction record
