Legal position Losing money in business or stock market is not a criminal offence by itself, as long as you didn't cheat, forge, or take money with false promises. But, if your uncle believes you took the money under false pretenses or refused to return it, he might allege cheating (Section 420 IPC). 2. If he is threatening police action Stay calm and polite - do not argue or shout. Ask him to give everything in writing - how much money, when it was given, and under what terms (loan, partnership, etc.). Keep all chats, messages, or proofs showing it was for business/investment and not fraud

Me aapko aapke Uncle ke Legal Action se bacha sakta hoon. Aap ghabraiye mat, me aapko court me Bacha sakta hoon aur Court ke bahar Police Station me bhi Advocate hone ke naate. Agar aapne ne gambhir apradh nahi kiya hai, toh faisla aapke paksh me aayega.
