To file new petition in Punjab & Haryana High Court

I enrolled in the MBA (FYIC) program at Guru Nanak Dev University for the 2021-2026 semester. The university and department administration, without providing any reason, canceled my admission for the 4th semester in 2023. I applied for (EWS) Economically Weaker Section Certificate and then for concession, but the university administration did not give it approval, and the department administration under the leadership of the then head of the department used to call me from the lectures ....

You can send a legal notice to the university and ask for the written reason for cancelling your admission. If the admission was cancelled without proper notice or hearing, you may file a writ petition in the High Court for reinstatement and justice. Keep all documents and proof safe.
