I'm the 2 accused in a criminal case and the petitioner and witness have not attended court for 4 years, sections Ipc 294(b),341,452,324,326,34, its 2019 case,
This is the current stage of case A1,2 present. Repeat nbw to A3. Repeat nbw to Cw1. Repeat summons to Cw2, ... What can i do next, to dismiss my case, pls help thank you
