The matter of fighting between two people in which a teenager involved

I am 17 years old.My father fought with a labour and because the labour was beating him so I jumped into that fight and fought with labour to protect my father and the labour filed complaint against us and showed a video in which I was beating him but it was an incomplete video.The labour also beaten me but he got hairline fracture in his hand and now he is blackmailing us by showing evidence .Now I want to know as this is serious case if he files the FIR or as I am minor so what will happen?

This is a matter of trail, depending on the evidences etc trail will go on..! You can compound the case in case it’s compoundable offence or else you can go for quashing of FIR on the basis of compromise! Plz b in touch

Not really serious. But it’s best to file an anticipatory bail which should be granted under ordinary circumstances so as to avoid the harassment at the hands of the police official. There are also other things that we could to bring the full video on record to establish that things were done in self defense. For any assistance, please feel free to reach out. Regards
