The case status is not showing on the eCourts Services Portal even after the submission of the charge sheet for the FIR of Digha GRPS (FIR No.: 01/26).

Some times it takes more time to reflect in ecourts , by simple and easy way you can also try to find case against you searching by name also , select appropriate court. if you are complainent it is hard to find by your name, but you can find by the accused names in that particular court listing.

If the charge sheet has already been submitted but the case is still not appearing on the eCourts portal, this may be due to a delay in uploading or updating the case data by the concerned court/police department. You can verify the status directly from the concerned Magistrate Court by providing the FIR number and charge-sheet details. Please send the FIR copy, charge-sheet/filing details and any eCourts screenshot on WhatsApp; after checking the documents, I can guide you regarding the correct case number, court status and further steps.

Sir you’ll have to inform us as to which locality which district which (I’m guessing digha is a police station) and then we can search.. If even after all that it doesn’t appear then get back to me I will consult you on the same..

It means that your case has not been registered yet. once your case gets registered it will be showing in the e courts. You will get a notice for bail compliance from court. I have been practicing in the criminal side if you need any help I am happy to help
