The accused wants to go back to abroad by seeking courts permission

I have filled 498 dv against my husband after one yr he came back to india frm 4 months he is in india and dv case is going on he has to pay 25,000 per month he have payed half amt and now charge sheet is being filled and I get to knw that he is seeking court permission to go abroad for 2 yrs as he has written in app that his parents are old and wants to look after dem. so wants permission. so wht can we do bcoz I dnt want him to go. I want him to settle everything if he wants to stay vth me or else give me divorce den he is free to go. so wht is the solution. and he has 2 brothers to look after his father n mother
