The accused of my father murder case on bail and threatening us

Dear sir please help me with a good suggestion. 3yrs back my father got murder. Now all the accused persons had been realised through a bail. Now they come at my residence stand for many hours near my home. We are in a great fear. Many tym we complaint to local police station.. but no use.. now the case running in evidence stage..so we want to cancel the bail. How do we can do... we don't any lawyer who can help us in good. We individual can flie a cancellation of bail do we have to pay any amount for this..

As per your query, sure you can file an application of cansalation of bail, before that try to secure bail order copy which passed bu the court in favour of accused persons, read the conditions imposed by the court, then you can file an applicatiion for cancelation of bail.
