Tenangt filed false case asking for property to take FIR back

My tenant has filed 420 case againt me .he says i hv taken 90000 rs from as rent which the same amount he had to pay again in the court under rent controller.but police cancel the case says its a civil matter with is father so the cancel it . now judge hv nt concel it yet and tenent lodged protest petition.i want to end this case asap. so i tried to persuade my tenent to take case back via society respectable person but he said to them take or give 17 lac if take them made registry of the shop on his name or if we give then he ll vacate and take fir back.we ll not give or take any from the tenent. i m looking for any solution to solve it . What should I do?
