Okay, So have I have this quesiton i woulke like to ask:- if a accused Voluntarirly Surrender to court because of Proclaimed offender, Under this circumstances what possibly could happen ? Can Police take accused to the custody from JC ? or is it possible for them [police] to file a application for the custody of the accused since they [police] didnt arrest the accused ?if so within how long ? if anyone can help Thanks in advance

police can seek through an application to the court for custody from jc but it depends on the lawyer how to interpret the law and make the court satisfy to ask the police to interrogate the accused in jc.
