summons not served and showing online accused not returned summons

I live in telangana, few months ago FIR was registered in AP state due to the political influence of the complainant. Recently, police informed me on phone that a chargesheet had been sent to court, and I needed to visit the AP police station to collect a summons and attend court. online status indicated that the case is at the summons stage with accused absent & summons not returned with next date. please guide me on the best course of action as I wasn't been served summons properly till date
Please attend the court regularly
Mandatory Attendance: If the court has ordered your presence,in serial 3 hearing you need to attend atleast 1 hearing missing hearings without valid reasons can lead to consequences.
Contempt of Court: Repeated non-appearance can be considered contempt, leading to fines, warrants, or even arrest.
