If you have not received any summons to appear in court, in your 498A case, it is advisable to wait until you receive a formal summons from the court. It is possible that the summons may have been sent to an incorrect address or delayed in transit.

However, since the stage mentioned on the e-court website is "summons" and the date of first hearing is mentioned as September 7th, it is likely that the summons will be issued soon. You can also check with your lawyer to confirm if they have received any information about the summons.

If you do not appear in court on the date mentioned in the summons, your bail may be cancelled and the court may issue a warrant against you. Therefore, it is important to appear in court as per the summons once you receive it.

In the meantime, you can discuss the matter with your lawyer to understand the legal implications and take appropriate steps to prepare for your court appearance.

Technically there is some fault may be wrong address being given however I suggest you take the print out and go to the court and submit yourself and explain the correct fact rather than just ignoring because of the technical fault

U have to contact u r counsel whether your appearance it is necessary before the hon'ble court or not when the Honble court is fixed the date of appearance before the Honble court , the duty of concerned police to severe the summons who are the accused in the said case. But the qustion of cancellation of bail does not arise.

HI
You need not appear in the court till such time you receive the summons.
Your bail will not be cancelled in case you did not appear in the court on the grounds that since you did not receive summons you are not liable to appear in the court.
