Dear
A Summons is a process issued by a Court, calling upon a person to appear before a Magistrate. It is used for the purpose of notifying an individual of his legal obligation to appear before the Magistrate as a response to a violation of the law. It is addressed to a defendant in a legal proceeding. the summons will announce to the person to whom it is directed that a legal proceeding has been started against that person, and that a file has been started in the court records. The summons announces a date and time on which the person must appear in court.
However, if the Court is satisfied with the pleas given by the parties for the withdrawal of the case, the Court may permit to withdraw.

If a case has been filed against you then there is no provision in law, by which you can withdraw a case. If the other party has filed a complaint case and if cognisance has been taken in that case, then the case can not be withdrawn it can only be compromised and upon compromise it can be quashed by the High Court under Section 482 of Cr.P.C.

The off news are bailable and the very same day you will be granted bail. No need to panic just go for FIR quashing before the Honble High Court. We have a important ruling of the Honble Apex Court which will act as a catalyst in your bail
