Subject - Inquiry about POCSO Act . Child Abuse case

I have child abuse case. In this case the 366-A IPC Section has been removed by police in challan before the present in the court and I want to put this section again so pls suggest what's the processor to again put the section 366-A.
You have to argue the matter the at the time of framing of charges against the accused... if judge goes convinced by your arguments then good otherwise that charges you may Challange by filing criminlabcas revision before the season court... for any legal assistance you may contact me.
