Steps to Resolve or Quash an FIR in False Case with Willingness to Com

The complainant has filed a false case against me under IPC sections 341, 323, 379, 506, and 34 in December 2023. However, the complainant is now willing to compromise. Will my FIR be quashed? What steps should I take to quash or resolve this FIR?"

We can file a compromise petition and the complainant will accept. In case the complainant rejects the compromise petition then after analysing the evidence we can move to the Patna High Court for quashing of the complainant petition filed against you

first of all we have to file anticipatory bail in the district court by attaching all the relevant evidence and clips u have after that we will move to Patna High Court for quashing of the FIR registered against you.
