Someone filed a case of sec 354 for texting "I LOVE YOU" years ago

I have texted on watsapp few years back "I love you" to a strange women apparently she was married and now there is a case over me section 354 & 67A is it really a crime or it's a conspiracy against me. How do I get out of it.

It's not a crime to say I love you...
Don't worry engage an advocate to fight your case.
Clear solution can be given only by going through the FIR.
Well and s.354 and 67a of IT act is not made out for saying I love you unless you have done other than saying just I love you.
Also it seems that the complainant wants to harass you.

354 is a bailable offence, you need not worry. Yes your message amounts to an offence under section 354 IPC. You can contest the matter if you wish to else you go for settlement with her and then the matter will be disposed by the court as it's a compoundable offence
