Someone did fake complaint against my brothers

Someone near my home did a fake complaint with fake allegations against my brothers and we received a notice from court with 5 Different allegations like they molest his mother and bullied them in roads and also tried to frighten them ...what to do?

First of all you need to ascertain that whether a complaint case had been filed against you or was an FIR registered against you. Thereafter you will have to appear before the court concerned on the date fixed for your appearance to answer to the charges framed against you.
