Sister's husband has falsely accused of murder planning

My sister's husband has recently posted his recorded video on a family whatsapp group accusing my parents and sister of planning murder of him and his mother. And posted if something happens to him, it will be because of my parents and sister. He is mentally sick ..earlier also he was taking some medicines. It is all false. How can we safeguard if he does something to himself. Please advice.
