What should I do I have already filed a cr ma complaint but it's taking time and long dates

If the CRMA is delayed, seek early hearing by filing an urgent listing application. You may also approach the Sessions Court/High Court for directions or relief under Section 528 of the BNSS as per the this concerned provision of law.
