Sir I'm Saurabh Kumar pursuing mtech from Nit Jamshedpur. Last year one person from my village frame me in false case. That time after consulting Police Inspector i asked my college administration to give me proof of my presence at college on that day.They give me a latter certifying me a college student along with cctv footage . Now I have to fill a form for police verification where i have to mention about criminal cases in past on me. I checked status of case on e-court website.My name is still there. They put ipc codes 341,323,307,504,506,34. Please suggest me a better way to ensure that there will not be any problem after police verification. If i got disqualified after this stage it will be a big blow for my life , financially as well as mentally.I am not in a position to lose it. please help.
