Should I go for Anticipatory bail or not

My dad is in custody for a cheque bounce case in Jharkhand but he has one more case in Chandauli UP on IPC 420,467,468,471,120B and production warrant has been issued for him now I want to know can I apply for anticipatory bail for this case or it will be non maintainable

As you stated that two cases has been registered against your father under such situations in cheque bounce case you should appear before court for bail and in other case you can file anticipatory bail as it is maintainable in UP case. Apart from this free to connect Advocate who assist you more
