Should I appeal in district session court?

28-Aug-2025 (In Criminal Law)
I filed a case against the principal of my school in CJM court and writ petition, for not giving offered salary as per offer letter, but paying partial salary, for asking actual salary I was removed from the school and restraint by the principal. Now the cases lodged were due to criminal breach of trust and cheating. CJM court dismissed the case saying there is no intent of cheating because paid partially. Is it really not cheating or breach of trust?

Now a days several complaint cases has been disposed off by the trial criminal court, if matters pertains to money recovery, in such type of case, you hace to cautiously take facts and properly approach the court for the same relief. court will admit your case if any criminal intent be there
